Highly recommend Stebbins Plumbing! Jeff replaced the water treatment unit in our condo. He does great work. Also, he was quick on the job of our rental properties went the drain pipes needed a quick clean out. Fair prices, easy to schedule and pay.

Didn't have the greatest experience with a water heater install. I purchased my own water heater and had it set up next to the old water heater to be replaced. The plumber didn't remove the little metal pieces on the bottom that were part of the shipping/boxing and those pieces punctured the new drip pan. About 1/2 of the edge of the new drip pan was completely crushed and mangled during the install. This new water heater was a different size so the electric line needed to come down about a foot more than it currently was. Instead of rerouting the old electric line that had been hung through the rafters down to get the necessary "extra" length he just said you'll have to call an electrician out to do the rest of the install (there was plenty of slack in the line). Also charged approximately $750 (also charged approx $150 for parts, which was okay) for 4.5 hours of labor. Not sure if there were other costs that were built into the labor, but that seems a little high. The craftsmanship in installing the new pipes was pretty good, though a couple pipes weren't attached with supports to the rafters - the old supports were bent in place to hold new pipe. Overall, they were really responsive and I'm grateful they were able to come out and do most of the installation.....but was disappointed with the condition of the new drip pan and the lack of electrical install. When the electrical install was done it took less than 10 minutes.

We called to repair a leaking water line between the meter and house. Stebbins Plumbing showed up quickly to verify where the problem was, called to verify where any underground utilities were, and installed a new water line. Did a great job, quality work. We will definitely use them again.

Called first thing the morning with a hot water heater failure, were very receptive and responsive to servicing the issue promptly. Scheduled for 30-45 minutes after first contact. Maintenance team were onsite promptly & were very professional. Job complete with 2-2 1/2 hours from arrival. Awesome experience. Would highly recommend.
